Looking back at a key moment in 2023: the arrival of our Haas UMC1250 SS
At the end of 2023, a rather special convoy arrived at our workshops: the delivery of our Haas UMC1250 SS 5-axis milling machine, the first of its kind in Belgium. Two years later, it has profoundly shaped our organization and our capabilities.
Arrival of the packaged machine

Context: why this choice in 2023?
We wanted to expand our capabilities towards more complex parts, reduce rework, and gain in repeatability, while strengthening our reliability.
- 5-axis versatility to minimize multiple operations
- Quality and precision on complex geometries
- Ability to take on more ambitious projects
Two years later: what impact?
The machine has become a cornerstone of production and has accelerated several internal projects.
- Optimized lead times on critical cycles
- Improved repeatability on sensitive series
- Opening up to more demanding markets
- Team upskilling on 5-axis machining
- Reduction of rework thanks to machining strategies

Technical focus (summary)
- Movement capacity : 5 continuous axes
- Usage : High-value parts and complex geometries
- Contribution : Quality, precision, repeatability
This focus remains deliberately concise: we highlight the operational impact rather than a full technical datasheet.
